This review is from: Broil King 987747 Sovereign 90 Natural-Gas Grill with Side Burner and Rotisserie (Lawn & Patio) I have only cooked on the grill twice and have not yet used the rotissiere, so this review may not be very useful. I have owned many grills and, based upon my limited use, I would rank this among the best. The stainless steel grates are substantial and do a good job searing meat. With all 3 burners on the grill gets as hot as Hades! The temperature guage only goes to 700 degrees and it redlines, so I have no idea how hot it actually gets, but my guess is 750-800 degrees. As advertised, the heat seems to be evenly distributed front-back along the burners.
I did not give the grill 5 stars for a couple of reasons. There is much more plastic parts than one would assume looking at the photos. The assembly took hours and the instructions (that have pictures but no words) fairly suck. One panel was bent where it appears the grill had been dropped prior to shipping because there was no damage whatsoever to the box or packing.
