This grill is a high quality profesional piece of equipment. I have spent a large earlier portion of my life in profesional kitchens and I know kitchen equipment. This is a tool any pro chef and especially home chefs will appreciate and love. It is well made and functions perfectly. No hot spots that I can find so far. I have really enjoyed making pizza on this grill just put on a stone lit all burners and got grill to 600 f (made pizza on pizza screens do a search you can buy them for about 4 bucks)then when pizza was almost done slid it off screen and crisped on stone.Steak, 1/2 chickens and bone in pork chops all perfectly browned and cooked.I have to say I ordered this grill on a Sunday evening and it was delivered to my home a 8 A.M.Wed morning by private delivery service(free shipping)less than 3 days from order to delivery.
