This review is from: Napoleon M485RSIB Mirage Natural Gas Grill with Infrared Rear and Side Burner (Lawn & Patio)
In less than 2 summers: new set of burners (cracked) and new manifold assembly (knob valves badly seized due to corrosion). Yes I left it outside during winter but the manufacturer does not recommend not doing so. I ALWAYS put the cover on after use and honestly I'm more careful with the bbq than with my cars... I'll probably won't buy Napoleon next time. I'll probably go for a Walmart/Costco bargain. If they break, at least you don't feel you wasted a thousand bucks like in this case... Hope it helps.
Fair is to say that in both cases I got the replacement parts for free from Napoleon (only had to pay shipping on the manifold assembly)

Napoleon M485RSIB Mirage Natural Gas Grill with Infrared Rear and Side BurnerI bought a BBQ Napoleon Mirage M485RSIB 6 months ago and I am completely disappointed, the lid has problems with leakage of smoke and turns black in the drawbacks, the thermometer has been deformed, the Ceramic infrared rotisserie burner rear doesn't work well hard twice to cook compared when it was new and Automatic JETFIRE ignition no longer works, and the response of the factory has been totally deficient tells me the representative in Costa Rica and proposed me switching it to me by a Weber
