Summary: Good Grill 2008-11-23
Comment: I have used for about a year and it is a very good grill. I use it year round and foods come out great. I especially like not having to worry about flame-ups. Accessories are pricey and lacking in quality, but the grill is fine.

Summary: Great compact grill! 2008-09-21
Comment: My husband and I live in a small townhouse and love to camp, and this grill is perfect for both grilling at home and at the campsite. It is easy to put together, easy to pack up to travel, and cooks food perfectly.

Summary: buyer beware . . . . 2008-07-04
Comment: I purchased the City Grill here on Amazon based on the features and reviews. Used it twice with great results. On the third time, the regulator released gas as soon as I connected it to a gas canister. I called the Canadian rep and was told it was a safety feature in case the regulator gets too hot. I was also told it was very rare that the regulator to malfunction like that . . . just my luck, I guess. Since the rep was close to me in Toronto, I was optimistic about getting a replacement regulator . . . no such luck. I was told that the warranty parts centre for North America is now located in Florida. I called them and after not really knowing what to do, they finally agreed to ship a replacement to me. It's been 2 weeks . . . . . I'm still waiting . . . .
I'm not sure if this is indicative of the quality and support of Outdoor Chef . . . . but, I paid almost $200 for this grill and it's been sitting here collecting dust on my patio.
