Summary: nice wood and good gauge. 2008-02-09
Comment: This is a great set of tools for the price. I was worried about the gauge of steel and wood. You know i did not want the flimsy type tongs that bend when you pick up ribs...or worse the wood rot off after 2 uses. But these are very sturdy, and the wood is thick they should last a long time. There are grooves in the wood handles that give your fingers and thumb places to sit. They are ergonomically comfortable. i look forward to years of grilling with these
