Summary: Fish on the grill! 2008-05-17
Comment: These are solidly made, comfortable to use, and about 95% nonstick. The handle stays cool during use, the latch slide is secure and solid. The nonstick makes clean up easy and keeps you from peeling that tasty crisp fish skin off when opening.
