Comment: Stove is fine. The packaging left much to be desired. Not adequately taped and flimsy. By the timr it arrived it was in a shambles. It was just fortunate the stove was still OK.

Summary: Couldn't live without it! 2008-06-24
Comment: This single burner is great. I threw an outdoor brunch and used it as an omlet station. It also serves as an extra side burner for the grill cooking up peppers, onions, mushrooms or whatever else you can think of. And because it's portable, it goes on picnics and camping trips with us. I have an electric stove and when power goes off, I can still have coffee and heat up some soup. It heats up quickly and hot(10,000 BTU's). It is a lightweight(4 lbs.)and quaility burner. I highly recommend Mr BAR-B-Q.

Summary: Butane Stove works well! 2007-09-01
Comment: I was a little disappointed at the thin construction but it does make it light. I have used this to cook on several occasions and it work very well. I purchased butane at a local West Marine for about $6.00 a bottle and my first bottle has lasted 7 15min breakfast preparations.

Comment: This stove can come in really handy even without a power outage. Used it to cook brunch for a crowd. Also was handy during an outdoor BBQ as an extra burner to sautee onions next to the grill. Would be easier to clean if the base around the burner was a smoothe paint rather than dull. Overall, works well.

Summary: Ideal as a backup when the power goes out 2007-06-12
Comment: The stove comes in a nice case and is lightweight. You have to be careful to line up the groove in the butane canister and turn over the burner plate to expose the pot holders. It starts easily and has a variable flame. We got it primarily for when the power goes out and wanted a clean burning unit that we could use indoors. Butane is a cleaner burning fuel than the white gas used in our old camping equipment and this is a much more stable stove as well.
