Product Description
For use with TEC Sterling G-Series and FR-Series gas grills. Rests over a cooking grid section and infra-red energy is transmitted to heat cooking oils for deep-frying or warmed liquids such as water, beer or seasoned marinades for steaming. Use stainless steel grate (included) for steaming or add the optional TEC fryer basket (FRBK) for frying.
