The Great Outdoors 5 Burner Stainless Steel NG Grill

I ordered this grill as a gift. It arrived on time and as promised. Despite my clumsiness, I had the whole thing assembled in about an hour or so. Pretty easy, once I "got" the whole picture of everything coming together.

One hitch. The grill's stainless steel hood came covered with some of that blue, stretchy, plastic stuff. This was ironic because whoever put it on the grill hood at the place of manufacture, used a carpet knife or box cutter to trim it -- thereby carving several lines right into the stainless steel hood it was put on to protect!

No matter. I brought the damage to the attention of Amazon and they tended to my needs right away.

I've been an Amazon customer for years now. This is the largest ticket item I've purchased. I was a bit wary; but, once again, Amazon proved to be the most reliable, safe way to shop on the internet!

Customer Service is HORRID! Been two weeks and can't get them to replace the propane hoses which are too short to reach the tank. Looks nice, but... No rotisserie even made to fit this grill. Be prepared to wait on hold forever if you need to call them! Good quality Stainless Steel is NOT magnetic.

The grill is everything I expected. My only complaint is I had trouble finding a grill cover. I also have not purchased a rotisserie unit yet.
