We have had the Weber EP 320 for about 3 weeks now and it is a dream. It is our fourth grill. The last two grills have been Weber's and they were our favorites. We were so thrilled with our last Weber (the Genesis Silver) and wanted to repeat the experience with a larger cooking surface.

Our old Weber never needed repairs but we are comforted by the fact that the Weber Grills are modular and you can inexpensively replace any needed part.

We have put our new grill through its paces these past few weeks cooking fish, pork, steak and vegetables. I used the side burner to heat the sauce. It holds the temperature beautifully, is easy to clean and easy to use. You won't regret buying this product.

The grill made a long trip by freight without as much as a minor ding. Weber grills are very well packed to take normal shipping without damage.

It's American made and the quality of both design & material is just superb. Some Weber's (like the "Spirit" models, I believe) are NOT American made anymore and aren't of the same quality from what I've heard. The American made ones should easily outlast two or three of the other brands Chinese imports and in the process, deliver grilled food as good as the operator can manage. Mine cooks very evenly across the entire grill and Weber's are notoriously efficient on gas usage, saving you money each time you grill.

If you do your buying homework, you'll find that there are profound differences of both the weight and quality of stainless steel used in Weber's compared to many of the nice looking Chinese-made grills you'll find at department stores & home centers.
