Summary: Shipping damage 2008-11-28
Comment: Great grill, cooks well, however...
1)Box arrived with exterior damage. The grill has a gash in the stainless steel lid. Now every time I cook I get to contemplate what CEVA trucking could have stabbed through the box. Weber could also do a better job of packaging so that the most visible part of the grill is not the front bumper for this type of abuse. If the package arrives in damaged condition don't accept it.
2) Weber decided to put the in the clevis pins holding the lid to the oven with out the securing clips. The result is disastrous. One pin fell out during shipping. When the lid is opened it twists side ways and drops over the back, bending the sole pin 90 degrees. If this had broken the pot metal hinge on the oven it would be the end of the line for Weber S-320
3) Don't undertake assembly unless you get a true sense of accomplishment from that sort of ordeal. Took about four hours. Get and electric screwdriver and a socket wrench.

Comment: Very solid and easily meets my expecatation for a quality stainless steel grill. As expected, the setup took a few hours but was not difficult and the instructions were easy to follow. The side burner is really nice and generates a perfect strong flame. I highly recommend this grill.

Summary: Weber Outperforms All Others 2008-06-13
Comment: Did the research at consumers reports, read the other reviews, and everyone was absolutely right on the money... you could spend thousands of dollars, but you'll never get as good a grill as this one. Cooks evenly, gets ultra hot, barbeques the best steak you've ever had. Easy to put together (if you have some mechanical aptitude) and very user friendly. Highly recommended!!

Comment: It is such a great grill that I don't even know what to write. This has been one of the best buys we've made. It heats quite fast and it is not hard to clean. We soak the movable parts in soapy warm water and it is a lot easier. Everything we grill comes out perfect!!! Definetly you need to get one of this if you have a natural gas feed.

1)It has very solid construction and effective design.
2)Low flareups design smokes the food without burning it.
3)Quick and even heating make food so tasty and juicy
4)Both high heat and low heat are working very well.
5) I love it. The S-320 grill worth for the money.
