This Weber gas grill Summit E-670 features an enclosed cart with corresponding painted steel doors with stainless steel trim and chrome plated cast aluminum handles. The cooking system, rated at 60,000 BTUs, includes 6 stainless steel gas burners and a Snap-Jet individual burner ignition system. Introducing new innovative lighted control knobs. The cooking grates are 9. 5 mm diameter stainless steel rods. This Weber grill also features stainless steel Flavorizer bars. The primary cooking area measures 624-square-inches; the warming rack area measures 145-square-inches, giving a total cooking area of 769-square-inches. This Weber gas grill Summit E-670 also has a 12,000 BTU-per-hour input flush-mount side burner, 8,000 BTU per hour smoker burner and stainless steel smoker box, a 10,600 BTU-per-hour infrared rear mounted rotisserie burner and a 10,600 BTU-per-hour dedicated sear burner. Other features include a Tuck-Away rotisserie system, (2) stainless steel work surfaces, (1) Grill Out handle light, (6) tool holders, enclosed tank storage and precision fuel gauge, (2) heavy-duty front locking casters and (2) heavy-duty back swivel casters. I owned a 3 burner Cook On from Barbeques Galore for years. I think that line has been called Captain Cook for quite some time but was called Cook On when I bought it over a decade ago. No problems with it and would recommend it if someone asked. This Weber is probably two notches up from that. I always wished I had more surface area and do now. The burners seem to cook very evenly from front to back. Haven't tried the infrared or the rotisserrie yet but will make use of those I'm sure. Assembly was easy but was tough getting the unit out of this heavy duty plastic tray that it comes in. Supposed to do it with two others as per the instructions but managed to get it out on my own after taking a saw to part of that plastic tray --where it's moulded around the wheels. Relatively expensive unit but I figured I'll have this for a long time and I use the grill like an outdoor kitchen living here in S. CA.

Purchased this as "used". Assembly was well thought out by Weber Engineers and easy to accomplish. Everything works perfectly, the product coming off the grill is fantastic! Cleanup is simple, another well designed feature - just slip out a tray that extends the width of the grill and de-grease. The grease pan sets in the tray and is also easy to get to and replace. Ample storage behind two doors but would be nice to have a set of drawers for smaller knick-knacks, knives, etc.
